I have aquired some Step-Syn stepping motors rather large ones, 3.6VDC 6.1A Unipolar 6wire 2phase 42 frame, which i intend to convert a overhead router to cnc (table),which driver and power supply would suit, as i am new to this i could do with any help, and does it mean 2phase thats 3.6v per phase and does anyone know the wiring code for these motors Thanks GD

found the wiring diagram:

model 103g770-1854

pin1/red = A
PIN2/BLUE = B
PIN3/YELL = A-
PIN 4/ORG = B-
PIN5/ WHT = COM
PIN6/BLACK = COM

If your wiring matches this double check with ohm meter. across A and A- should be one resistance, now find the matching common, should be aprox half that( B or B- with common ) . then check the remaining 3 wires same B AND B-, NOW B or B- with remaining common.
