    Need Help With Stepper Drive

    Hi i have some anaheim automotion bipolar chopper drives 12 to 24v 2.5a my question is i want to run a vexta motor 2.5v 4.4a 4 wire will this motor burn out the drive or just supply less amps?

    Hi,

    You will not burn out your drives you will just get about half the holding torque rating.
