Go to www.yaskawa.com and click on the support tab and then click on Factory repair. There a several option on how to contact the repair department.

You can also call 1-800-yaskawa and be transferred to the repair department or you can request a service man to come to your facility to evaluate you problem and offer a solution with a 6 month warranty.
