Buy me a Beer?

Buy the 4 axis board and hook each motor to it's own axis. The board can't supply enough current to run two motors off 1 axis.

Yes, Mach3 has a slaving function so the second will follow the first exactly.

Is there any setup guide so I can get help how to set up dual motor on one axis?

Another thing. a 4axis board. it can be used on 3 axis setup with 3 motors? (just in case I make a smaller machine as first prototype)

http://www.machsupport.com/documentation/M3M1_84-A2.pdf

It's as simple as setting up both motors exactly the same, and checking a box to slave the A axis to the X axis.

And yes, you can use only 3 motors with the 4 axis board.

I have another question.

I want to build 1200x2400mm (woring area) Router in Sttel and aluminium.
I think I will try to build gentry in aluminium for less weight.

The question is:
As I am planning 2 motors to run gentry, willl it be inuff to use 425ozin Nema 23 motors?

This may be a dumb question, and pardon if it is. But if You used two motors, slaved, with rotating ballnuts, stationary ballscrew, and reversed the connections on one motor, would the result be that the two rotating ballnuts would approach each other equal amounts ?? IE like a self centering vise does ??
