Hi Everyone! After stumbling thru the forum. I got dragged into the CNC world. After reading alot, i have camed up to what will suits my needs best. But i am a little unsure about the motor setup. This is the one im about to buy. Its haves a holding torque at 10.kilo's. And its a 2 phase motor. That should be enough wouldnt you say? Please look at the specs anyone that proberly knows more about this than i do. Here is the datasheet: Datasheet And maybe for the Z axel i might be enough with a 4phase 4,1kg motor? : Here is the datasheet: Datasheet What do you think? And also what to use as a drill. I came over a bargain for a plunge router that is RPM adjustable between 11500-28000. And a effect of 1200W. Or should i go for the a little more expencive 2100 version? Or do you have a even better tool to recommend? My setup so far is no setup at all. But i believe i will have a working area about 40x40 or something close to that... And if any one of else have any good tips & tricks on building a CNC router i would appretiate any help.. Thanks in advance Jan Rune |
