I have this stepper motor, but I Can not find any information about.There is 9 wires and there is written 18 om, 0,9 deg. Motor comes from Panasonic fax maschine.Can I use this for DIY CNC?
These links will give you some information, but the numbers don't match any standard production winding, so it is probably a custom wind for Panasonic. Possibly a 4 or 6 wire motor with some kind of encoder. If it doesnt have an encoder on it, I would guess that it is an 8-wire motor, with a grounding wire connected to the metal frame. Torque is probably around .7N-m or 100in-oz, so might be usable.
