rotisserie motor
I am stuck on which motor to use for this setup. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance!
What will be cooking in the pot will be liquid at first then slowly become a thick goo like. When stirring the pot by hand when it become thick, it feels like I am using a 5 pound spatula. It must be stir continuously for about 45 minute. So you can imagine how tiring and hot it can be to be doing that every weekend.
What I need in a motor setup:
Variable speed
Slow stirring in liquid state
Strong enough to turn a force of 5+ pound Thick goo state
-Quiet for indoor use (Max db = bender)
Here is a picture of the basic design I am going off. The pot will be taller so I can use a bracket to sit straight across the pot. I will be mounting the mount on that bracket.
