8 wire stepper - wiring help

So I have this 8 wire 9v stepper motor. My multimeter doesn't have a continuity mode, but I used the diode test and tested each wire against each other wire with each polarity.

I have a spread sheet with my results.

	Yellow+	Red+	Green+	Grey+	Black+	Blue+	White+	Orange+		Stepper Motor

I can't find any informationa bout this motor except for a comment on the website of the store I bought it from saying it's actually a brushless dc motor.



I'm not entirely clear where to go next trying to figure out how this works. Any advice? thanks

Based on what the web page said, it sounds like what you have is truly a brushless DC motor. It is not a stepper motor.

So how do you think I could use it?

I thought brushless dc motors were three wires, not 8.
