If you can mearsure the resistance between the different wires with an ohm meter and make a chart of your findings, you will find you basically have 2 pair of windings with a centertap. One winding on the 17456 MS is red and green with white as the centertap. The other winding is yellow and blue with black as the centertap. I would hook up red to A and white to not A and yellow to B and black to not B. This setup gives you more top speed but about 70% of tourqe. If you need more torque you hook up the full winding.

Also cap the two wires you don't use seperately.

A breakout board is a good idea.
