    interface board to driver(AD-5410)

Recently I bought 3 stepper motor driver (Melec Inc) Model AD-5410. The input is CW+1, CW-2, CW+3, CCW-4 and not the "Step" and "DIR" . My DB25 interface board only has "Step" and "DIR" . My friend told me to connect Jumper pins 1 & 4 (CW+ & CCW-) to "DIR" and Jumper pins 2 & 3 (CW- & CCW+) to "Step". But this is not working?

Can anyone tell me how to connect?

My stepper motor use Vexta 5-phase (UPH5913-B) , DC2.8A (2 ohm), 0.72 deg/step, interface board (home made). software use kcam
