2m542 driver flashing red

Good Day all, I could use a little help with this new 2m542 driver. The red led is flashing and the motor does not turn. It is 3 axis machine with 3 of the same drivers all wired the same only 1 is not working, any suggestions?

Thanks for your fast response Simon. I am not sure if that is the same model, yours is 400 khz ours is 200 khz. I returned it to the supplier.
