on one of my motor wire fall of from housing.
so my question is can anyone tell me with 100% accuracy, that if i remove only back endplate of motor and resolder wire that i will not loose any motor power or torqe due the demagnetization ( i will not remove rotor from the housing)

nope, there is no harm.
some says just not to remove the rotor.
