toshiba tb6560 AHQ first start

this is my setup

3 Axis Driver Board TB6560 3.5A,16 Microsteps
Power Supply 350Watts( 24VDC/14.6A)
Nema 23 Stepper Motor 270oz-in,3A

today i did first start of Toshiba TB6560 AHQ with mach3 software and guess what? didn't work when i press right and left arrows ,one of the motor "Y axis" makes sound but it didnt move at all it just makes sound like is moving.

after couple minutes i decided to change dip switch from 100% to 25% and when i press right arrow on the keyboard to see if it's working i saw nice grey cloud of smoke coming from the board ( how nice).

anyone has similar setup? what alternative board will work?

This is because of the fake chips installed in your board. I have 2 of these boards and works after some tweak.

so what do you recommend fix broken board or buy similar one from different company?
