Hi
I have a fet 3 kit and when its power up my steppers wont lock .
Does anyone have eles have this kit ? If so do your steppers lock when you power it up ?

They should be locked up. Is you're control software running? Are you sure everything is wired correctly? Double check, and then check again. From you're other thread about the ballscrews - did it work before you switched to ballscrews? Now the backdriving makes more sense, since the motors don't seem to be powered

Should lockup even without software running....

I figured it out , There is a button in the software to enable the motors all the time or just during stepping .
