X axis travel rate is 50% slower than Y

Hey all, hope someone can help me figure this out. Excitech Router. I ran a timed test over 1000mm and found the X axis travel rate is 50% slower than Y axis travel rate, even though the same feed rate is specified. I've posted video of what the machine is doing here: [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlQ7PfoU96o"]YouTube - Router Aluminum 0022[/nomedia]

Code generated via VCarve Pro attached.
    Cheers.
