Hello everybody and Happy Holidays! My Aries driver (amplifier) AR08SE model, blocks the communication. I can send enable/ disable signals, it reacts properly at everything else, but does not accept any command. Either via its own tool Aries Tools software through a com port with RS232 protocol, nor via the controller card. The local Parker distributors tried to unlock-it without result and now wants to send it all the way to California just for that. We are extremely time-challenged and therefore this is not an option. I know there must be another way out there. I am reaching out to those of you with experience in this matter and ask for help. Thank you in advance to whoever takes the time to think about our problem. It is highly appreciated.  |
