Damen Step Board Not Working - Tried EVERYTHING

Hello All,

I Have Damen Stepper Drives, Cant Find anyonline documentation on the boards..

I moved my Machine Yesterday, into a new soundproof box, Now my X Axis is not working

Here is wht i have tried:

Fresh Install Of Mach3 Onto New Pc

Port Correct Ox378 In BIOS & Mach Ports And Pins

Motor Is Not Stalled - Plugged X Axis Into Y - Functions Correctly

Ports In Mach 3 Are:

3,2 Port 1 & 1
5,4 Port 1 & 1
7,6 Port 1 & 1

Enable1 Yes: Port1 Pin 17 (Stops Sleep Mode)

Opened Up Case - Fiddled With Wires to check for loose connection - Cant Find It

Power to the board from PSU - Yes Same Voltage As other 2 Steppers

Lights: Yes, amber on all 3 No Reds

As Far As I Can Tell Its not in 'Sleep' Mode as the other 2 boards are working correctly

Checked Ribbon inside case: Yes switched ribbons over etc...ribbons work on other steppers

Have i changed anything else in the boards: No not changed any jumpers etc.. its all as i left it

I have no idea now what to check for now? Individualy Check voltage of wires coming out of the stepper board

Nothing looks burnt, no funny smells, everything else runs perfect...

Im annoyed that i cant find the spec sheet on the web!

Anyone got an idea before i sledge hammer the thing, my machine has been running fine for the last 2 years, and now its just junk!

Boards Looks Like This:

DamenCNC - Electronic parts

Go Down to: Housing kit for drivers & powersupply

The housing is designed to fit the powersupply and ringcore modules offered at this site. Further the housing has a slotted design such that the following drivers will fit. 2.1amp, 4amp,3Dstep,4Dstep,interface (next series will include linisteppers) . The housing is offered in kitform since there are so many configurations possible, so the assembly will require some wiring and soldering skills...

Well after digging in deeper....

I have 40v going into the stepper board, and nothing coming out?

I have taken the board out of the housing, after looking for dry solder joints, broken parts etc, under a micro scope, i cant see anything wrong with it...

Is there anyone i can send it off too?

Is there anyone out there :-(
