| What KIND OF MOTOR ARE YOU GUYS RUNNIG TO GET ALL THESE 300 AND 400 IPM ON YOUR CNC ROUTERS? I need a little help with this I have some nema 34 motor 640 oz they are 6 volt 2 amp induction of 12 I am using a g-540 drive which is better than the old one. 48 volt power supply . the problem is I can get the speed up to 280 ipm and after a little while running it starts to stall and I have to reduce it to 100in. So what kind of motors do you guys have ? are they high $ ones like alpha ? I looked at some with low induction and would match the 48 volt better would this help? I am using mach 3 the gantry is about 80lb using 1.0 .250 ball screw direct drive. Does anyone have some good advice thanks |
