Hello all Ive aquired a Boxford Lathe 125 from a mate, Got a CNC4PC C1G BOB connected to Geckodrive G201's then to the Steppers, all running off a 24vdc supply. Now when i do small steps via Mach3 (0.0100mm), the motors move, then randomly on the next movement (pressed via keyboard) the trip the supply out. I have 18k resistors for the current rating of 2Amps. My questions are, Does any know what these steppers are (any info) and secondly, any info or advice on this would be amazing and really help a fustrated person lol Stu |

| I have a 160TCL but I assume they used the same stepper motors in the 125, I found some information on this site http://www.ametektip.com/Ametek/Publ...MAEExpress.pdf The steppers motors on my 160TCL are model MAE HY-200-2220-210 and that model is listed in the PDF. |
