k2cnc Macnine kicking out during jogging.

I have a k2cnc 39x25 with gecko g320 drives when I do some jogging the drives kick out, Some moves cause them to kick out as well mostly on the x and z axis. I have enshured nothing is binding but it still kicks out. is there a setting to set this so it wont kick out so easily?

Hi, I think it was a problem is that your acceleration rate is too high. Basically your servo/ steppers are accelerating to fast. Try slowing down the speed of the servo's and try, I think that was it....

No it has done it ever since I have had my machine. It only does it when I contour a part. I can slow the speed down but why. I mean if it is designed to run at 300 ipm then I want it to smoke. lol I will check the trim pot tomorrow evening thanks for the help guys.
