Custom Stepper Motor End Caps

I saw a thread here many months back where someone had made custom end caps with connectors for their stepper motors. I'm pretty sure they were made from delrin or nylon andthat it was on the cnczone somewhere. Anyone with an idea to where it might be? I have looked and searched with everything possible and have not found it.

I don't know if it is the exact same one or not, but it is what I was looking for.

Any idea if this was the one started from a thread on this forum? Someone suggested that he should go into business with these.
