Newbie- Motion King nema's question

Hi, New to the forum and to cnc stuff. I have three Motion King Nema 23's (double stack, 76mm long) the spec rates the motors, 23HS8404, at 4.2 amps per phase. Does this mean the motor will draw 4.2 amps or up to 4.2 amps ? does the current drawn depend on the load ? would the ebay 3 axis driver (tb6560 chips) be suitable for these motors ?

Any help/suggestions to get the motors moving would be appreciated.

Under load the motors will draw ~4.2A, is what the rating means. Obviously if the driver cannot supply that much, it was simply draw as much is available, resulting is a decrease of torque.
