Hi, new to the forum and cnc stuff. I have three bipolar motors (23hs8404 motion king) they are like nema 23's but double stacked (76mm long). The motor current rating is 4.2 A per phase, does that mean the motor will draw 4.2 amps or up to 4.2 amps ? does the cuurent drawn depend on load/ voltage ? what voltage would be safe for this motor. Also, can i use the 3 axis controller from ebay with these motors ? (uses Toshiba chips TB6560) each chip will do 3.5 A peak Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions. wildbill. |
