I can answer the first question. Power supply for the G540 has to be between +18V and +50V DC and a current rating of 2/3 times total current rating of stepper motors with max of 3.5A per motor. Your power supply works and can handle four 3.5A motors. Pick motors with a winding inductance of 2.5 to 3.0 mH per phase for maximum speed. |
