    Default Which stepper is better?

    Hi all,
I was wondering which motor is a better motor, www.homeshopcnc.com,
    http://web2.automationdirect.com/adc.../STP-MTR-23079

the pdf for the torque curve for homeshopcnc is here and the automation direct website has a pdf on it.

The homeshopcnc motor curve is at 50volts and 3 amps, I don't know why, but the motors are rates for only 2.8 amps.
    Thanks for the help.
    I really appreciate it.

The homeshopcnc can be run as unipolar the automation direct is bipolar only. I just yesterday ordered one of the automation direct to take a look at myself. If you have a unipolar driver you can't use the automation direct.

That's no problem, I have a Xylotex driver (bipolar).
    Anything else?
    Thanks.
