There is an app who see if u connect tha uc300 eth , use that and config the ip of uc300eth with ur system
Trell,
You might want to use a standard ethernet cable, most newer cards can work and determine where transit and receive are automatically. I had several cross over cable that were actually missing several wires, I could not understand why they were not working correctly and I buzzed them out and low and behold several ways were not actually used in the cable. I got a standard ethernet cable that I tested on my home computer and pulled that in and all worked as expected. Just a thought.

Got the UC300ETH from CNC4PC.com with there C10 break outboard and got everything running with 150 IMP with no issues but one.
I am using ger21 screen set 2010 for tool touch off. I get the "Probe Active" light to come on when touching the tool in the router but it will not stop the the Z axis. Anyone got a ideal about this one.
Feels good to get the CNC running again. Don't think I will ever build another cnc without a UC300ETH.
What version of Mach3?
What version of UC300ETH plugin?
Are you running the 2010 macros?
Is there any message displayed on the screen?
I can install Mach3 on my laptop and go test this with my UC300ETH and see if I can duplicate it.

Ver R3.043.066 for mach3
V1.006 for UC300ETH
On starting Mach3 I do get some errors messages about DLL defective. Reload. Then UC100 V2_148.dll defective plug-in found ignoring.
Uc300 V1_054.dll defective plug-in found ignoring.
UC300 V1_056.dll. Defective plug-in found ignoring
After hitting OK on the errors Mach3 will open and work.

Try changing Mach3 to 3.043.062
You can download it from the FTP site:
ftp://anonymous:guest@ftp.machsupport.com/
Also, go into your Mach3\plugins folders and delete thos other plugins that are causing the error messages. You should only have the UC300ETH plugin in there.

Got all the opening errors fixed. Thanks for that fix.
Downloaded the Mach3 software and installed. Still will not stop the Z axis

Try the new plugin I just posted.
Make sure you delete the old one.

ger21, the wizard of the CNC.... looks like that fixed it right up.
The Z axis downward movement on the first touch is as fast as it was but the 2nd downward movement is super slow like may .01 IMP. Is there a way I can make the 2nd movement a little faster?
Never mind it works fine TY for all the help

CNC running at 150 IPM wow it os so smooth compared to just a breakout board. Thanks for ever ones help.

Well, it is running a lot better, but having a issue with running a gcode
When running a table leveling g code the CNC will stall but just sometimes. Driving me crazy. It will happen on the x axis most of the time but in different places.
I have already checked the obvious problems and everything is free
Anyone have any ideas??

If the cnc stalls then is aproblem with speed of stepers , what is voltage u use for driver ?
The motors i think have low internal resistance , and they need high voltage in order to achive a high rpm .
Yes you are right. The stepper motors do need high voltage for speed but the CNC will stall at 80 IPM or at 130 IPM. I will try 50 I PM and see if that helps

Try a higher microstep setting. It may be a resonance issue.

Ok got the step on the drive set to 10k and the step per inch set to 51055.369. Seems crazy but I have run two table level passes with no missed steps. Will do more testing tomorrow https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...db02399418.jpg
Hoping it keeps working

Seems like the CNC has stopped missing steps but nut got another issue.
When running a square with gcode the cnc will round three of the four corners. When I run a sim in Vcrave everything looks fine and square but does not cut that way. Any one know what causes that. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...96a50c9fa6.jpg

CV mode in Mach3.
In General Config, enable "Stop CV on Angles >" and set it to 89.
