Gray,
You can change the direction in the software.

Jeff...
Hey, I'm in the process of converting my X3 to CNC. I'm pretty much done...just need to work out all the kinks. One of those kinks is the stepper motors on the X and Y axis turn the wrong way (I haven't hooked up the Z axis.) When I jog in a positive direction the table moves in a negative direction (both axises). I'm using Mach3. Is there a way I can fix this in the software or do I have to change my wiring?

Well, the jog is really about the cutter moving in that direction and not the table. So, while you can change it as jalessi has shown, the question becomes "Well, should you change it?", and I would say that you should not change it.

Should you change it?
That is a good question.

Mach has a method specifically for reversing the direction of an axis. In Config>Homing/Limits.

Gerry,
I completely forgot about that, your method is correct.
