| Hi, I own a STEP FOUR Basic 1000. It's a good machine for milling and engraving, mainly for non-ferro materials.. It comes with V4-milling software. This Austrian manufacturer offers a fine service and their product have a nice price/quality rate! I once planned to build my own DIY-CNC but in the end I am glad that I bought this one... greetings, Los Manu |

| Step 4 router I have had a 540 for 10 years. It works fine, but you have to take care of the working time for the cutter motor. I do things like this. Contact me if you want more info Graham |
