I noticed you'd done a Webster gas engine, how was that to make? I've never made an i.c. engine yet.

    Thanks,

The plans may become available eventually. I want to see if I can get them published in a magaizine. If everyone turns me down, I will make plans available for free as my contribution to the hobby.

The Webster was easy to build as far as engines go I guess. Nothing is easy for me. It was my first engine. It took me several months.

Next project will be an inline twin cylinder, 4 stroke IC engine. Probably water cooled. Hopefully my own design.

Excellent, keep up the good work Eric. The engine certainly looks neat enough and seems to run nicely. I definitely think a magazine would take it on.

The two model engineering magazines over here are called Model Engineer and Engineering in Miniature. Not sure whether you've heard of them but I think they would be interested.

I prefer trying to design things myself also. It's part of the fun.

Good luck with the twin cyl i.c. Keep us posted!

    Looks excellent Eric.

Did you do all that on CNC then? You have CNC machines at home?

Keep us posted on your next project then.

This forum is a great idea.

Very cool. I didn't think it was that small by the first pictures.
Will the crank run in oil ?
