    Negative of Part - Mold

I have a part that I'm wanting to make a partial mold of to hold it when I flip it over for machining on the back side. Is there an easy way to create this negative of my part in SprutCAM or should I try and create the inverse with my CAD software and then import that into Sprut for toolpath creation?

    Thanks!
    Andrew

My CAD (Rhino) program has "Boolean Difference" . You would draw the block for your mold, position the part where you want it in the block you just drew and take the Boolean difference. Your block would then have the negative of your part in it. I imagine Your CAD program has this feature too. It is powerful and useful.
