![]() http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/192/31744938.jpg any idea why that second step is not round? Basicaly that is a few seperate pocketing operations. I created them by clicking on the edge of each hole and selelected the bottom faces as the bottom level. Top level is always 0. That one hole is just odd... if i switch it to a 3/8 cutter it smooths out fine however it is plenty large for a 1/2" Any ideas? |

| Maybe it is an issue with the tolerance setting in the simulation. Look at the actual code in the simulation to see if it is a circle. Otherwise, check the settings for "admissible deviation" or "smooth corners" in the parameters settings. |
