2007 works in almost the same way. Some of the buttons and tabs are laid out differently. Once you figure out what's been moved and where it's moved to, the 2007 videos will be very helpful.
Hi all, I'm just getting started learning SprutCAM. I just received a Tormach 770. I have a great deal of experience with Solidworks and a moderate amount with manual milling. However, I am new to CAM.
I have been looking thru the videos on the Tormach and SprutCAM America websites. I have watched the V7 basic ones and I'm waiting for the next in this series. There are also a bunch of basic tutorials for SprutCAM 2007, will these help me? I am not sure how different 2007 is from V7...
I am also using the SprutCAM manual and the PDFs from the SprutCAM website. Are there any other resources that I should be using to get going?
Thanks
Mike

Vertical Lathe tool holders and more.
+1 on what TXFred said above.
In addition the tutorials on this site are pretty good too.

At first glance I didn't think I could use them cuz I thought there was more 4 axis stuff (I don't currently use) but after digging into it I found other tutorials for both SC 2007 and SC7 quite helpful for me.
