Problem- Alibre Design Addin error

Hi, I have tried to get the alibre addin to work, but it does not...

first I have alibre 64bit installed I do not know if this is an issue?

the error is:

Addin: Addin to import Alibre Design supported files
Host Application: Alibre Design
The addin can not be activated. Check please the host application presence.

in the properties tab for the addin manager:

but clearly I have alibre installed :/
