Hey all, I've been having an issue from the beginning of using Sprutcam 7, where I can't select a feature within the machining tab. I'm using Solidworks 2010 to create the solid models, and have exported to Sprut through their direct export as well as saving as .igs/proE/inventor files. I pull the part into Sprut, select all the faces, and sew them together. When I go to the machining tab to start tool-path creation I can't select any of the faces or edges even when the edge/face/vertex filter buttons are selected. Oh, and after the import process has completed in the remaining window there are 0 solids imported only faces. Thanks for your help in advance. Jake Mestre |

Thank you so much, the model visibility tab was the problem. The view was turned on in the model tab but off in the machining tab. Sometimes the little things can be so frustrating when working with a new environment. |

| Yeah, I still feel that way sometimes even though I've been using it off and on for a couple of years. Occasionally Sprutcam gets into some funny state and behaves strangely for a while. If I delete the project and start from scratch it works fine. But other times it's operator error. |
