Try to specify the workpiece in the root of the job tree, i.e. in the Machine-tool node.

Just do the same what you have done for the operation workpiece.
1. Select the 3 axis milling machine node.
2. Open the Workpiece panel.
3. Repeat the steps you have done for the operation workpiece.

If it doesn't work, please post the project. Maybe there is a bug in SprutCAM.
