After using Sprut for a few months (purchased new with PCNC 1100), I had a registration error Saturday afternoon which put me in a bind, as I had parts to make over the weekend. I wanted to give a public 'thank you' to Eric at Tormach, who made himself available on Saturday night and then again Sunday morning to do a remote login to remedy the problem. Not sure it's fair to say he'll always be around on the weekend, but I really appreciated the timely response.

On the other hand, it ticks me off when the people like us who actually PAY for software get bitten by registration error which lock you out. When you pay $1,000+ for software and it has a dongle, it is inexcusable, IMHO, for the software to stop working like this.
