SprutCAM 7 Milling Issue

SprutCAM 7 will easily handle creating the tool path for countersunk holes on one side of a part, but not identical holes on the other side of the part. On the side that doesn't work properly the countersunk portion works just fine, but it will not create the thru hole (0.266" dia) using a 0.25" dia end mill.
I am using a Finishing Waterline process.

Again, the complete countersunk hole tool path is generated for one side, but not the other.

To answer an obvious question, yes I rotated the origin correctly and I am not trying to mill both the top and bottom sides of the part within the same SprutCAM file.
I am using SprutCAM 7, build 0.6

I would greatly appreciate any insight into this issue.
Thanks!

I am at work and do not have SprutCAM. But I had the same issue. Somewhere in the options you will find a visibility option. I turned that up to it's highest level and a lot of my problems like that went away.

Also for the holes instead of selecting them, let SprutCAM find them. Again, would have to sit in front of the computer to tell you the exact commands.

Magnum164 and Eric, I tried both of your ideas, but to no avail.

I did however try using the Hole Machining function in the Roughing category with success. I would still like to figure out the previously mentioned issue though, since SprutCAM should be able to handle the holes using Finishing Waterline too.

I am by no means an expert but I did figure out how to add some. Can you post the file so we can see what you have? Or something close?
