Default 7.5KW VFD - Which is better

I'm looking for a 7.5KW VFD and I've narrowed it down to either the Delta VFD33AMS23ANSAA or a Lenz ESV752N02TXB.

I'm sure either would do the job, but I'm wondering about braking. I'd like to be able to control the speed at which my spindle decels, ideally have it stop within a few seconds.

Any thoughts on which might be better???

Either would work fine. Install external braking resistor(s), and optional braking module if needed on those units.
