    Default Huanyang VFD

Well I have had some success getting my spindle working better with Mach3

The actual RPM on the mill is 3 X more them the RPM in Mach3, I assume this is a parameter setting in the VFD

Does any know which setting and how to fix it?

    Thanks

If you are using Mach 3,, then be sure and set you correct pulley ratio. Kinda sounds like that setting is wrong!
    Hope this helps.

PS. Sorry I don't have a Huanyang VFD so I can't speak to settings there.

I use mach 4 so what other poster said too - Check parameter / line 0144 in VFD settings for spindle max.

Much more on this vfd here
