If you are using Mach 3,, then be sure and set you correct pulley ratio. Kinda sounds like that setting is wrong!

Well I have had some success getting my spindle working better with Mach3
The actual RPM on the mill is 3 X more them the RPM in Mach3, I assume this is a parameter setting in the VFD
Does any know which setting and how to fix it?

I use mach 4 so what other poster said too - Check parameter / line 0144 in VFD settings for spindle max.
