Hi, I am new to the group and I am having issues with my new spindle. I had it running then it popped and stopped spinning. I now get the EOCA error, I have tried resetting and re inputting the the parameters. Can anyone help me to ensure I have the right parameters set.
Thank you.

It's wired to plug into a normal socket. It's the HY01D511B single phase 110v 50hz. I had it running then there was a pop and it stopped. I followed the book, and then tried one of your earlier posts. I am hoping that the spindle is not fried, or it's just a resistor. I bought it from next wave automation.
Following the manual, most don't get it right, it won't be a resistor, I have to know more on how you have wired the VFD as this is important
It could be either the spindle or the VFD that has failed, from what parameters you set will give me an idea what may have happened, so need to know what Parameters you set

PD015 is to low also
These spindles can not run below 6000 RPM PD011 you have at 60, 100 is the minimum they can be set at, to be safe they should be set at 120 the same with PD73=120 safe
The Parameters look ok except for the minimum RPM, and the Acceleration, Deceleration, not setting the minimum RPM correctly is a fail waiting to happen, this usually damages the spindle
Check with your meter the spindle windings
Pin 1 to Pin 2
Pin 2 to Pin 3
Pin 3 to Pin 1
And then all to Ground, do you have the Ground attached to Pin 4 and check that Pin 4 is Grounded to the Spindle Body
How do you have the input wiring connected to the VFD

Did you ever get it running? Mine just got delivered but I don't have a clue how to wire it for 110v. Even though there is a sticker on the from of the vfd the manual only shows how to wire it for 220.
Do you have a wiring diagram you could share? Thanks, rick
Thanks amigo, I think I have all I need now to wire it.
