China CNC 3040T 4 Axis and Spindle Control with PWM and Mach3

Hello,

i bought this CNC Router:

inside is this Controller:
New CNC Router 3 Axis TB6560 3A Stepper Motor Driver Board Mach 3 | eBay

and for the Spindle Control is this litle board inside the Control Box:

Now, the main Goal is to control the spindle via Mach3.
Is that possible?

On the 3 Axis Controller post is a Output for a PWM Signal. On the Board is also a Jumper where you cn turn on the PWM Control.
At the litle board, which controls the Spindle at the Moment via a Manual Rotary potentiometer, is also a connector, but this is
callded "PMW" iso "PWM" ???

I am not sure how to connect the Wires between the TB6560 and the Little JP-1482 Board?
Can anyone help me out here ?

Hello,

i now bought an PWM Speed Controller from eBay:

In Mach3 i have set up the Pins and i can now turn on and off the spindle. I can also control the Spindle Speed, but not
from 0-12000rpm as my Spindle can have. It seams there is anything wrong with the Spindle Pulley Setup or the PWM frequency in Mach3.
But i dont know what i have to set here.

Can anyone help here please ?

Hi Matthias,
in your first post you sent a link to a 3020t, and on that board believe it or not is a pwm output controller already on the stepper board (TB6560 board - the board that connects to all the motors) It is a feature where you have to solder on a header so you can connect the pwm, they simply didn't solder on this 2 cent piece even though the feature is there.

I have drawn up how i think it should be connected, although check your positive and negative terminals as I can't tell which should be which from some of the photos, I have made an educated guess so to speak.

Hopefully it works as shown.

In Mach 3 you will have to set it up too, I am working on a video at the moment to show how to do this. Also make sure you remove the potentiometer of the control box from the spindle board or PWM won't work.
