yes, the existing 24V power supply will work

    with the 3 axis MX3660 printer port pins 1 , 8, 9 & 17 controls the 4 outputs
    (on the 4 axis MX4660 pins 8 & 9 control the 4th axis)

using two SSR-25DA will give you control of two mains outputs
you can either tap into the mains supply to your machine control box

or add another mains inlet wired to the 2 relays and 2 computer controlled mains outlets that you can plug your router into

in Mach 3 (or 4) you will have to assign the correct pins to control the relays

OK, I think it if finally sinking in. It was confusing me with having two SSR's. If all I am interested in is the router, I guess I would only need one SSR, is that correct. The second could be for a vaccum or something like that. As far as the printer port pins, I would set those up to do what I want them to do in Mach3, correct?

If you only need one relay to control the router then just fit one relay

    Hi

I don't know what happend yesterday to the 2nd part of my answer but

on pages 17 & 18 of the MX3660 manual you will see the four outputs you can connect your relays to
are controlled by the computer printer port output signals on pins 1 , 8 ,9 & 17

    in mach3 (or 4) you will need to set up pins 1 , 8 ,9 & 17 to control the relay(s)
