The fix is proper grounding and shielding on all of your wires.
A quick fix is a capacitor on the input for your touch plate.
after installing a new 1.5 kw spindle I am having problems with my auto zero. when I hit the auto zero button it moves down very little and then retracts 1" never touches ground plate. It was working fine when I was using a router but I changed to a VFD and spindle. I suspect it's noise but don't know how to fix it.
