DC spindle help.
Hello, i'm rebuilding a DM4400, and i want to replace the original driver for the spindle motor.
The spindle is a brushed DC motor.
Nameplate:
The original driver is 160V at 30A. I've been looking a bit around for users using the CNCdrive DG4S-16035 for spindle applications, but i cant seem to find much.
Does anybody have a recommendation on driving this spindle motor? I've also had a look at the Viper 250 H (230Vdc 30A)
The control signal is not that important.
