3.7KW Spindle problem

OK, I lost my mind Already, I got another spindle today and tried it, Guess wht, GFT, again!!!!

I will go now to get a braided shielded cable and try again and get back to u ASAP

so the only remaining unchecked is the harness

so on 24K (high frequency motor) spindles the lower the RPM the hotter it gets, the more stressful the motor gets, the higher the power consumed while in operation, so this is the reason why I only get 60-80 watts on my 1.5KW 24K RPM spindle because im running it @ full speed all the time

another question raised, where the hell are they deriving the 1500W specification on the spindle motor? anyone? I know there are 3 types of HP but where did it belong? braking HP I guess?

I have changed the cable and connected it as you told me and everything is OK, 30 min operation without a problem, I hope its the cable ONLY,,, I will continue tomorrow and tell u what happened

Sorry that is an American for the first place prize. This originated long ago when farmers held State Fairs, the winner for every given category was given a Blue Ribbon to signify they got 1st place in that given contest.
