Spindle stops/starts reversed

I just received a new 6040cnc from CharmHigh, it was supposed to be completely setup and ready to run but of course it's not. The VFD (model # G5M-2.2s2-1a) was not setup to run in Mach3 and I messed up something while trying to get it to run. Anyway I used diyengineer's post to reset the darn VFD but the start/stop cycle is reversed when I use Mach 3. Anyone have a clue as to what I'm doing wrong here?

The VFD will operate the spindle via the front control buttons, starts and stops correctly but I can't seem to get it to work using Mach 3 (inverted start and stop functions). And that's setting the P001 and P002 at #2. Anyone have any insight on this?
