    My speed is only around 13,500.rpm and error after run have massage ( A.oA )
    This message error means?

    PD000=0 for Parameter unlock ( 1 ) for Parameter Lock

    PD001=0 (1 For Remote Control)

    PD002=1

    PD003=400

    PD004=400

    PD005=400

    PD007=20

    PD008=220

    PD011=120 (Minimum Setting 120)

    PD009=15

    PD010=8

    PD13= 08 is for Factory reset, Only use this to set VFD to Factory Default Settings

    PD014 Accel=12 ( Adjust to suit)

    PD015 Deccl=12 (Adjust to suit) ( PD15 is ignored IF PD26=1 Then the Spindle will Coast to a Stop)

    PD72=400
    PD73=120

    PD141=220 ( Motor Rated Voltage )

    PD142=9 ( Motor Max Amps) (Set for your motor Amp Rating 2.2Kw Spindle 9 amp Max)
    (Set for your motor Amp Rating 1.5Kw Spindle 7 amp Max)

    PD143=2 ( Motor Number of Poles)

    PD144=3000 (Max Motor RPM) =3,000= (24,000)

    Check your wiring to the VFD and from the VFD to the Spindle, R and T plus Ground for the input, UVW pin 1 is U Pin 2 is V Pin 3 is W and Ground is Pin 4 for the spindle

    If you use PD13=08 then you will have to reset all your Parameters, it's not a good idea to use this, your parameter set is correct if they have all been set

    My guess is it is an over amp error, but I do not have that vfd. Last week I attempted to set up my gdz-80x73-2.2 with a Hitachi wj200 vfd. I too could not get full speed of of the spindle. 15,500 is the best I could get without it overheating. Nameplate amps is 6a anything over 5.5 amps it would get extremely hot. I could get just about 20k but only at 12 amps and it quickly got to 160F. After reporting results to eBay seller they gave me a refund and started I should not repurchase another one. If you search cnczone for this part number someone else had a high amp and heat problem a few years ago. My guess is there is a mfg problem with this spindle. I am looking at going to ugracnc for my next one.

    For starters you had your parameters set incorrect, a 2.2Kw spindle can never be 6 amps, the nameplate is incorrect, do a simple calculation it is10 amps minimum at 220v, most set the 2.2kw spindles to 9 amps

    It did not get up to speed because your frequency settings where incorrect, this makes them over heat, it's not easy to set the Hitachi VFD drives, they have auto tune which you can not use, for this spindle setup, having the frequency not set correct would of damaged the spindle, so would of had damage on your first startup, it's all down hill after that

    These are one of the best built spindles out there and do not normally have any problems

    Not being able to get the spindle up to max RPM is from incorrect Parameter Settings

    On the contrary my settings on the Hitachi were set correctly from the start. Just because you believe something, you should be careful stating it as fact. Whether the nameplate is incorrect or not, it is not in my control , as I do not manufacture the spindle. A simple search for the part number gdz-80x73-2.2 shows they are stating the same settings. My base frequency and max frequency have been set at 400hz from the start.with both CT and VT strategies. VT is the only strategy that can use autotune. Settings have been confirmed with Hitachi customer service. It is the ebay seller that has determined there is an issue but to have the spindle shipped back was cost prohibitive for them. Here is the link to the similar problem from 2015 I referenced earlier. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/spindl...72752-cnc.html

    I fix the wires as you say.It error shortly after the start " E.OC.A ".
    How do you solve problems?

    That is over current on ramp up to speed increase the acceleration time, PD014, it may also be that the VFD's capacity is too small for the spindle you are using

    I have had enough experience to state this as fact, you checked your spindle's ohms and they where correct, and it shows no fault, I have been in the factory where these spindles are made, every spindle is test run before they are shipped, there are no exceptions, the link you posted his spindle was fine and within the temperature range for an air cooled spindle

    Not being able to get the spindle up to max RPM is from incorrect Parameter Settings
