    Correct,

All your Grounds should terminate in one place, your shields terminate where ever the cable ends

Looks about right, but braided/shield cable up to the VFD input is a little unnecessary/overkill.
If at all the VFD to motor would be sufficient.

Thanks Al. I want to make sure there is no stone unturned. So I figure go big or go home. Can't go wrong with that, right? Might leave the pockets alittle light.

    Big, and Red?

Try Factorymation, Automation Direct, or Automation4less.

Yes Big and Red. These 3 places have plenty of Big Red Buttons to choose from. However I am a bit confused. A lot of them are rated at 240 V and 10 amps. Is 10 amps sufficient?

The E-Stop button/circuit does not typically take any, (or very little) current, typically it is a hard wired circuit with a Safety relay or small control relay that is used to drop out contactors coils etc that in turn remove power to the VFD,Servo and Spindle power supplies.
The relay should also be used to advise the controller, Mach etc that an E-stop has taken place, also the circuit is wired so that it has to be brought on line manually by a system start button etc.
This is the correct way to do it and has been the industry standard method for some decades now.
Needless to say it is not always complied with, especially on DIY machines.

I would like to do this right as you can see I went all out with the Line and Load Reactors as well as an Dynamic Brake module. How would i Wire in an Emergency Stop button? Should it be wired after the Load Reactor before going to the spindle? I do have an emergency stop button on the controller but just shuts the controller down completely. I am going to try and wiring the VFD to Leadshine MX3660 as well. Any diagrams or notes i can follow that would be nice.

I think I know how to fix my problem and the estop button stop both the CNC and Spindle. I was reading the manual again and it looks like i can wire in a estop. Will this be adequate enough?

According to code, all motive power has to be removed in the case of an E-stop, usually the VFD manual shows where to place the contactor on the supply line.
This is one version of a E-stop circuit where and a contact on the ESR relay would drop out each and any contactor coil.
It also shows the W.D. output that would defeat the circuit starting until the controller was ready.
