    Talking Hello there

The South African clubhouse looks empty, but infact we have a small cnc community that meets on the first thursday of every month at the Pretoria steam modellers clubhouse. Our fearless leader Prof Rudy always has some interesting idea that he demonstrates. Various EMC2 routines have been discussed. Many thanks to the administrators of this forum, and to all the keen DIY cnc' ers for the pearls of wisdom that they share.

    Hello jancu
The modellers club is in Kwikkie crescent, opposite the Outsurance building. That is in Centurion. Anyone's welcome.

Hi South Africans interested in our CNC club. We meet every FIRST Thursday of the month at 19h30 at the CSME (Centurion Society of Model Engineers) clubhouse in Centurion, Kwikkie Crescent (on the river side of the Outsurance Building). We have about 30 members and discuss different topics every month - from restoring machinery to converting or upgrading to CNC. We have about 10 machines converted to EMC2 in during the last year, even a 5-axis machine. Contact me at 012 9986780 or 012 342 2023. Rudy (Chairman)

    Hi All

Been on CNC zone for a while, but always pop on for some troubleshooting rather than leisure. Live and work in Virginia, Freestate, thus club meets are out. Dou you video or minute the meetings? Otherwise how can I follow what you guys do?
