Are you needing info on drawing it in solidworks or making it in real life?
Solidworks has a hood scoop in the design library under sheetmatal/lofted bends... that might help you get started. Well at least it is in the 06 library .
As for making it in real life here is an example of "bump bending" with a pressbrake. This is how "we"(the brake operators a work) form parts with large radii... the only problem is i am guessing it will be tapered to... which becomes a pain to form and hold tolerance. I would tell you more but i am just a machinist ...so i just see what the pressbrake operators are doing i haven't had to try it yet "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUnLQdiOFwI"]YouTube - Accurpress Edge Bump Video
