Are you needing info on drawing it in solidworks or making it in real life?
Solidworks has a hood scoop in the design library under sheetmatal/lofted bends... that might help you get started. Well at least it is in the 06 library.
As for making it in real life here is an example of "bump bending" with a pressbrake. This is how "we"(the brake operators a work) form parts with large radii... the only problem is i am guessing it will be tapered to... which becomes a pain to form and hold tolerance. I would tell you more but i am just a machinist ...so i just see what the pressbrake operators are doingi haven't had to try it yet
